The 2019 ICTV Video Awards - 16th May, 2019.

The ICTV Video Awards are approaching fast. The awards will be held as part of the inaugural ICTV Festival of Remote Indigenous Australian Moving Image (FRAIM), previously known as the ICTV Screen Summit. FRAIM will be taking place in Alice Springs on the 13th to 16th of May, 2019.  The video awards will be held on the final night of the festival, Thursday the 16th of May.

The event is a great chance for ICTV to celebrate the outstanding videos submitted to ICTV over the past two years, and recognise our amazing contributors. We will also be broadcasting the event live on ICTV for those who cannot join us in person.

Entries to the awards close on the 28th of February and we encourage all contributors that want to enter their videos into the awards to submit their videos as soon as possible.

This year the awards will be judged online through ICTV PLAY by a panel of judges from remote communities all over Australia.

In order to be eligible for the ICTV Video Awards, videos have to have been submitted to ICTV in the last two years. Videos must have been submitted after the cut off date of the last video awards held in Yirrkala, 2017.

Please note that videos produced over three years ago will not be eligible for the awards.

If you have submitted a video to ICTV in the past 2+ years and are not sure whether it is entered into the awards, we urge all contributors to log in to www.ictv.com.au and check their submissions before the closing date - or call ICTV on 08 8952 3118.

This year judging will be taking place online, so videos must be available on ICTV PLAY to be eligible for an award.
To enter new videos to ICTV, or check whether your previous submission is entered into the awards, visit www.ictv.com.au/login

Towards the end of the submission process, in the ‘Approved Usages & Comments’ section, there is a 'yes or no’ option to enter videos into the awards.

Make sure to tick the 'Yes' option to submit your videos into the awards.
